I love it, I love it, I love it. My grandparents were Slovak immigrents and tho we aren’t Jewish, I was raised on most of these foods.
Keep up the good work Bubbe. We love you.

My husband’s father is Swedish and his mother’s is good ol’ fashioned farm stock. My heritage is Scots/Irish/English… but it amazes me how many of Bubbe’s recipes are part of our recipe heritage. I absolutely LOVE you, Bubbe! Since both my grandmothers were gone long before I was born, I’m going to adopt you if you’ll let me. Keep cooking!
I love watching you Bubbe, It’s like watching my mother and aunt again (G-d bless them) I miss them so. But watching you is like going home again. Thanks.
A friend Emailed me your website. I have recently lost my mother who made all of our holiday dinners.. I am thrilled to have found your website to teach me how to carry on. Bubbe your hands are wonderful to watch. Thank You.

Hi, I just love the videos of your Bubbe. I wish I had owned a video camera when I still had my Nana and my Grandma. Wouldn’t that be something to immortalize their cooking? And cook they did. They taught me everything I know. Please visit my site http://BeABalaboosta.com and see some of what I’ve done to remember them. L’ Shana Tova

I have shared your videos with my father whom is 85 years young. We have longed for videos like these to help me learn the foods my father and mother grew up on. Thank you so much for sharing these treasures with everyone. Pamela Stevinson.
I just watched episodes 1, 2 & 3 last night and loved the simple, homestyle recipes. I can’t wait to try the Sweet & Sour Meatballs (Mmm… I could almost smell them as I watched Bubbe prepare them!) I’m Mexican-American and really regret not having taken the time to write down my grandmother’s delicious recipes before she passed on! God bless you, Bubbe for sharing your delicious recipes with everyone.
